Tutorials on TRIANGLE's features.
The tutorials are divided into several sections depending on the
features and the depth of information desired. They are designed
to be accessed from the TRIANGLE program and are included in the
distribution package.
Note: Since the tutorials use
GS characters (part of the extended character set, hence the .EXT
postfix), proper display of the tutorials can only be seen when loading
them into TRIANGLE. The tutorials that are provided on-line do not contain
any GS characters.
These tutorials are located in the main TRIANGLE directory
(C:\TRIANGLE):
- README.TXT - Introduction
to
TRIANGLE and how to load the first
tutorial.
- TUTORIAL.EXT - Basic editor
movement, buffers, file operations, and
help.
The remainder of the tutorials
(TUTOR2.EXT through TUTOR6.EXT) are found in the MANUALS subdirectory
(C:\TRIANGLE\MANUALS):
- TUTOR2.EXT - Basic Calculator Tutorial. Describes how to perform
calculations found in standard hand-held scientific calculators.
- TUTOR3.EXT - Graphing Calculator Tutorial. Describes how to
use TRIANGLE's graphing calculator.
- TUTOR4.EXT - Introduction to using GS notation with
TRIANGLE.
- TUTOR5.EXT - The Table Viewer. Describes how to use
TRIANGLE to create, import, and view tables.
- TUTOR6.EXT - The Figure Viewer. Describes how to use
TRIANGLE to view annotated Braille graphics.
