This page contains a listing of the files and their locations that are extracted by the TA-SETUP.EXE program. These files are part of the TRIANGLE program.
Along with the files in the TRIANGLE directory, there are four
sub-directories: MANUALS, Jaws, VoclEyes, and TABLET. If
you have
extracted the files to the c:\triangle directory, then the
sub-directories can be reached in DOS by typing
cd [pathname].
For
example, if you wanted to change to the MANUALS subdirectory, at the DOS
prompt, type:
cd c:\triangle\manuals
If you are using Windows, the sub-directories appear as folders inside the TRIANGLE folder.
The files in the main directory (c:\triangle) are: BKEYS.EXE TSR keyboard utility program for entering Braille dot patterns. FILELIST This file listing the files in the TRIANGLE archive. GATEWAY.COM The gateway Braille screen reader program from Telesensory, Inc. GS.CHR Brief List of GS symbols and their names. GS.DIC GS character dictionary used by Triangle and the GSDIC utility. GS.TXT The master GS Braille table with both 6 and 8 dot patterns. GS______.TTF Windows TTF font for viewing exported .RTF files in Word. GS8.FNT GS screen font file used by TRIANGLE and the GS font utility. GS-CHR.GST Table of GS printable characters. GSDIC.COM GS dictionary Utility used with other applications. GSFONT.EXE GS screen font loader Utility used with other applications. GSHOTKEY.LST A hotkey list used by triangle for entering GS characters. GS-MARK.GST Table of GS markup symbols. LOADCODE.EXE Used to manipulate and load Braille tables, fonts, etc. README.TXT Starting Point for new TRIANGLE users. TA.EXE Triangle executable file TA.HLP Structured file used by TRIANGLE Help. TA.IDX Help index file used by TRIANGLE. TUTORIAL.EXT Tutorial using math, the calculator, and figures. US.TXT US computer Braille table. The files in the VOCLEYES subdirectory (c:\triangle\VOCLEYES) are: TA.CHR GS character file for loading GS characters into Vocal-Eyes. TA.KEY Vocal-Eyes key bindings useful with Triangle. TA.SET Vocal-Eyes 3.0 set file to customize for Triangle. TA22.SET Vocal-Eyes 2.2 set file to customize for Triangle. The files in the TABLET subdirectory (c:\triangle\tablet) are: MT_DRV.EXE Driver for the MagicTouch digitizing pad. NOM_DRV.EXE Driver for the Nomad Digitizing tablet. TWIN_DRV.EXE Driver for the TouchWindow Digitizing tablet.
